NONPROFIT BRANDING: Great Product. Crappy PR. WHY?

iStock_000015886846SmallWorld Class branding product. Durable, useful, respected. Carried by tens of millions of people. Great place to put your nonprofit logo. So, how come the company’s PR and marketing departments blew off my requests. Are they indifferent? Incompetent? Or both?

And what can we learn from their failure?
